Nexus, the Chambers of Michael Mansfield QC, is a dynamic set situated at 7 New Square, Lincolnâ€™s Inn, London, WC2A 3QS.

Our 40 members (including five QCs) practise across a broad range of specialisms including: crime; regulatory; inquiries and inquests; administrative and public law; personal injury; family; and housing. We encourage applications from suitably qualified candidates, including those yet to undertake the BPTC. We require a minimum 2.i degree classification. Applicants must be able to demonstrate:

Nexus invites applications for two 12-month pupillages:
1. one twelve-month pupillage commencing April 2021; and
2. one twelve-month pupillage commencing October 2021.
Our pupillage awards for 2021-22 will be Â£20,000. This will comprise Â£10,000 to be paid during the first six months of pupillage, with guaranteed minimum earnings of Â£10,000 during second six.
Nexus Chambers does not accept applications via the Pupillage Gateway and does not follow the standard Pupillage Gateway timetable. Applications should be made using our application form which will be available to download from chambersâ€™ website from Monday 16th December 2019.
Applicants are required to arrange for two references to be submitted to us as part of the application process, at least one of which must be an academic reference. These references must be received by us by the application deadline. References are vital and it is the applicantâ€™s responsibility to ensure that the references are sent to us in time.
The deadline for applications for both pupillages is Friday 31st January 2020 at 11am. Offers of pupillage will be made in respect of both pupillages by the end of March 2020.
