23ES is one of the largest and most respected chambers with a national presence in crime and commercial law. Up to four pupillages will be offered to commence in the Autumn of 2022: two based with our criminal team in London and one with the criminal team in Manchester, and one with the commercial team in Manchester. All pupillages will be funded, with our London pupils receiving an award of £25,000, comprising a grant of £15,000 paid in the first six and £10,000 guaranteed earnings paid in the second six; our Manchester criminal pupil will receive an award of £20,000, comprising a grant of £12,000 in the first six months and £8,000 guaranteed earnings in the second six. Our Manchester commercial pupil will receive an award of £32,000 comprising a grant of £12,000 in the first six and £20,000 guaranteed earnings in the second six.
Chambers runs a compulsory in-house advocacy & practice management course and supports pupils with their external compulsory training.
