Dere Street has a high retention rate of tenants with many successfully applying to the bench for full and part-time positions.

Dere Street is committed to increasing diversity amongst its members and staff. Chambers is more socially diverse than the Bar, as a whole, is commonly perceived, regrettably ethnic minority groups remain underrepresented within Dere Street just as they are within the wider profession.
