Description
15 Winckley Square is a thriving common law set with strong teams in all aspects of family and criminal law.

We are offering 1 Family pupillage and 1 Criminal Pupillage with a commencement date of September 2023.

The pupillage will be for 12 months funded at £1583.33 pcm plus travel expenses to Court for the first six and at £1750.00 pcm plus travel expenses to Court for the second six (or any sum required to be in compliance with current Bar Council requirements). In the second six the payment will be made on an income guarantee basis. Historically, our pupils tend to earn above this level after a couple of months on their feet.

The pupillage is with a view to tenancy and we have a proven track record in this respect having offered all our pupils tenancy for over 20 years.

We believe that we have an excellent system for recruitment and training evidenced by the large number of successful practitioners we have 'home grown'.

The pupils and junior members in our chambers have enjoyed much success in recent years in terms of prizes, merit based scholarships, service as Circuit Junior and on Bar Council Committees.
