Reeds Solicitors is a large multi-disciplinary firm with offices across the South and Midlands. We are a growing practice enjoying success in a difficult market. Our success is driven by our desire to provide the best quality client service possible, while developing and maintaining efficient in-house practices.
Reeds’ dedicated advocacy team of 83 qualified lawyers includes 6 in-house barristers (three being successful former pupils), as well as 17 solicitor advocates. We have three busy in-house Crown Court teams in Bristol, Leighton Buzzard and Oxfordshire/Berkshire and two accredited pupil supervisors.
Pupils will be based in one of the Crown Court Departments, being guided and assessed primarily by their pupil supervisor but will also have the opportunity to gain experience with other advocates.
Reeds hopes to offer two-three pupillages starting from 2022, possibly with deferred offers for 2023. Each pupil will be provided with a set salary of £20,217 per annum.
All applicants must have successfully completed the BVC.
Please refer to the Pupillage Gateway for all timescales, although applications open on 5 January and close on 9 February. Interviews will be held in February/March and offers will be made on Friday 6 May.
An application form can be downloaded here after 25 November 2021: https://www.reeds.co.uk/reeds-solicitors/careers/
All completed applications must be sent to Faith Bartlett stating PUPILLAGE APPLICATION in the subject bar using the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
